Fail Roleplay

Min: 3 · Max: Permanent ban

You must remain in character at all times — do not break character under any circumstance.
In-character terms for IRL concepts:
- "Server" → "City"
- "Target" → "Third Eye"
- "Reconnecting" → "Taking a nap" / "Head popping"
- "Lag" → "Headache"
"Mauling" — large amounts of rage over a scenario — is prohibited. This is a game; it won't always go your way.
Cop baiting in any form is not allowed. Do not trigger alarms to start a chase; you must complete the activity.
Using a radio or communication devices while injured or dead is not allowed. Do not use Discord or any other app to share location or events — use the in-game systems.
Do not abuse the "/me" system — it is for physical actions, not hidden feelings or secret messages.
Breaking roleplay to report a member or to leave a scene you don't enjoy is not allowed — finish the scenario, then file a report in-game or in Discord.

Power Gaming

Min: 3 · Max: Permanent ban

If a player crashes, it is prohibited to steal their car or personal items.
Do not use a stun gun to pop car tyres — it's unrealistic.
Forcing a player to perform actions for your benefit is prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Making them withdraw money because they don't have cash.
- Transferring ownership of a car or business.
- Making a player jump off a building or perform actions causing death.
For in-game footage to be usable in character you must use one of the following:
- Wear a visible body camera.
- Take a photo with a camera or phone.
- Use a camera animation.
- Have a security camera in the vicinity, if you cannot use the steps above.
Using emotes to abuse door locks or walls is strictly prohibited.
Do not use the escort or carry mechanic to hide players out of sight (e.g. inside walls).
Using the Player ID system to locate players through buildings is not allowed.

Meta Gaming

Min: 3 · Max: Permanent ban

You must not watch a live stream on Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or Discord while playing on the server.
Transferring assets from one of your characters to another is not allowed.
Using information across your own characters is strictly forbidden.
"Voice identifying" is not allowed — you must identify people only by their physical appearance or in-game identification items.

Deathmatching (RDM & VDM)

Min: 3 · Max: Permanent ban

Random Deathmatch (RDM)
- Attacking a player without any prior reason or roleplay scenario. Messages through in-game social media or Discord are not sufficient reason to attack a player.
Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)
- Harming or killing a player with a vehicle without motive or prior roleplay scenario is prohibited.

Verbal Conduct

Min: 3 · Max: Permanent ban

Roleplay events created in the city must stay in the city. Do not take in-character information out of the city — that breaks the metagaming rule.
Personal grudges from outside the city must not come in. Either forget them or resolve them out of city.
Terms that break roleplay are not allowed, including but not limited to:
- "Angels" → "Staff"
- "Cousins" (used to refer to an alt character)
- "Waiting Room" → "Discord"
Any form of racism, harassment, homophobia, ableism, or transphobia will not be tolerated and will result in a permanent ban.

No Explicit Content or Roleplay

Min: 3 · Max: Permanent ban

Derogatory language or NSFW content on any platform (including the in-game phone) will not be tolerated and will result in a permanent ban.
Do not give your characters offensive names — they can offend other members.
The following topics may not be roleplayed:
- Pregnancy
- Suicide or self-harm
- Erotic content
- Underage scenarios

Not Valuing Life (NVL)

Min: 3 · Max: Permanent ban

Not valuing your life is not allowed. Treat roleplay scenarios as you would realistically.
The following must be followed if you find yourself in these scenarios:
- If you are in a life-or-death scenario, respond accordingly.
- If someone wants something from you while your life is at risk, give it to them.
- Do not act out of line in robberies or hostage situations.
- Do not provoke players just so your character dies to avoid blame or work around the rules.

Unrealistic Driving

Min: 3 · Max: Permanent ban

Using a car in unrealistic ways is not allowed. We have systems to prevent sports cars from climbing mountains.
While flying a helicopter or plane, pilots and co-pilots should not shoot out of windows or perform unrealistic stunts (unless approved by staff).
Using well-known GTA V glitches is strictly prohibited (e.g. bunny hopping on a BMX while leaning forward to gain speed).
Vehicles are not to be driven inside buildings. Stick to the basics of roleplay.

PVP Rules

Min: 3 · Max: Permanent ban

Stealing all of a player's items during a robbery — known as "pocket wiping" — is strictly prohibited.
Using emotes to avoid being shot is not allowed. This is powergaming and breaks the realism of roleplay.
Causing significant harm to a player over a post on in-game social media is considered overreacting and not permitted.
Starting a shootout with police over a minor situation, such as a traffic stop, is unrealistic and will result in punishment.
